Julie has been a dedicated member of the Southside Veterinary Clinic team since July 2009. Originally from Liberal, Kansas, she has always had a strong passion for animal care. 

Julie began her career as a Veterinary Technician and has since transitioned into a client service role, where she utilizes her experience and compassion to support both patients and their families.

Outside of the clinic, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at home with her pets, and being actively involved in her church.

Holly has been a valued member of the Southside Veterinary Clinic team since April 2017. Originally from a small town in south central Texas, she has always had a strong passion for working with animals and knew early on that she wanted to build a career in the veterinary field.

She began her journey by pursuing education to become a veterinary technician. Along the way, she discovered a particular strength and passion for client communication and service, ultimately choosing to focus her skills on supporting clients and enhancing their experience at the clinic. 

Outside of work, Holly enjoys traveling, bird watching, spending quality time with her family, creating diamond art, and couponing. She is also musically inclined and plays both the guitar and trumpet. At home, she shares her life with her family and her cat, Cupcake.

Courtney joined Southside Veterinary Clinic in January 2025 as a Customer Service Representative. She earned her Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology from Heritage College in 2016 and brings both clinical knowledge and a strong passion for animal care to her role.  

Courtney has always enjoyed working with animals and has a particular interest in exotic species, especially exotic cats. She also values building positive relationships with clients and enjoys supporting both pet owners and the veterinary team in her position at the front desk.

Outside of the clinic, Courtney enjoys spending time with her children, shopping, and relaxing at home with her cats.

Dominique (Dom) joined the Southside Veterinary Clinic team in August 2021. She earned her Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus in Veterinary Technology in 2021 and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in November of the same year.  

Dom has always aspired to work in the veterinary field and takes pride in providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients. 

Outside of the clinic, she shares her home with two dogs and four cats. In her free time, Dom enjoys learning and reading about new topics, biking, swimming, and baking with her husband.

Emma worked at Southside Veterinary Clinic from 2012 to 2013 and came back in July 2019.  She received her Bachelor Degree in Environmental Biology from Wichita State University in 2015 and volunteered at the Sedgwick County Zoo for 3 years.  Emma enjoys spending time out in nature, whether it be hiking, camping, swimming, kayaking, fishing, or sitting in the woods bird watching.  She has always easily bonded with animals big and small which is what drew her to the veterinary field.  She loves the nursing care aspect of veterinary medicine and can usually be found cuddling with our clinic patients.  Emma has 3 rescued cat fur babies named Cali, Monkey, and Ash.

Priscilla joined Southside Veterinary Clinic in June 2019. She has always wanted a career working with animals and has an Associate Degree of Applied Science focusing on Veterinary Technology from WSU Tech.  Priscilla is currently working towards a Bachelor Degree in Zoo Science at Wichita State University. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but is really passionate about assisting with all things surgery related. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Priscilla loves exploring with her two dogs Bubbles and Clover. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kara has been a valued member of our staff at Southside Veterinary Clinic since joining in September 2013. She has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2012 and received her Associate Degree in Applied Science focusing on Veterinary Technology in 2011. She is currently studying to get her Bachelor of Business Administration. Kara has always loved animals and has a Siberian Husky named Malikye, an Australian Shepherd named Dozzer, a one eyed cat named Rooster Cogburn, a sibling to the clinic cats named Teeny Weeny, and five chickens named Rosie, Flounder, Lucy, Jorgee, and Eddie. She enjoys doing home improvement projects, crafting, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
